Jeff Gladden is director of finance and administration for nPhase, which provides machine-to-machine (M2M) wireless communications and smart services offerings across a wide variety of market segments. In his current role, he is responsible for all accounting, financial planning, analysis, reporting, and financial statement integrity.

Gladden has over 15 years experience in various roles within Qualcomm including corporate and business unit level finance and accounting, and most recently was responsible for the finance and accounting functions within Qualcomm’s Global Smart Services group. Prior to this, he had direct oversight of the Qualcomm Enterprise Services’ international finance group including management of the accounting operations within the Mexican subsidiary where he became fluent in Spanish. Gladden was an integral part in several acquisitions while with Qualcomm, both domestic and international, serving as the financial lead involving due diligence, valuation, and business modeling.

Gladden holds a bachelor’s degree from the California State University, Fullerton where he majored in Finance.
