Lynne Pratt, Director of Human Resources

Lynne Pratt is director of human resources for nPhase. In her current role she has direct responsibilities for all human resources functions including: organizational development, staffing, compensation, performance management, employee communications, benefits and employee relations.

Pratt has spent 19 years in leadership training, coaching and transition management as a human resources professional. She has held HR leadership roles within the telecommunications, fiber optics, biotech and public safety industries. She is an experienced team builder and group facilitator and has led many change initiatives within diverse organizations.

In a prior role at TriTech Software Systems, Pratt created and delivered the Employee Development Program resulting in upgrading the overall employee bench strength while developing individuals. During the acquisition of the Qualcomm division by Ericsson, she designed and led the implementation plan, which successfully transitioned 1,300 employees. Pratt established a career path to include crossover from residential care for the developmentally disabled to residential care for the elderly for Mountain Shadows Care Center.

Pratt earned her Bachelor of Science Degree at Northern Michigan University. She currently serves on the boards for the Mountain Shadows Community Homes and South Bay Children’s Museum and is an instructor at San Diego State University in the Human Resources Extension Program.
