Stephanie Hayes is senior director of operations for nPhase. Her responsibilities include leading the PMO to provide management of M2M solution implementations, providing management of processes and staff to provide 7x24 technical support, ensuring that the IT infrastructure is in place to meet customer SLAs, creating contracts and managing contract compliance, and supporting and auditing customer billing.

Hayes has acquired over 20 years of experience in the M2M solution provider and IT consulting businesses. Prior to her current position, she was senior director of operations for Global Smart Services in the Qualcomm Enterprise Services (QES) division, providing business operations management to support M2M solutions across various types of businesses and wireless networks. Prior to that role, Hayes managed the business operations for nPhase, a leading M2M technology firm that was acquired by Qualcomm in 2006. Prior to that she ran the Enterprise Systems Management Practice at PCS, a Chicago-based IT consulting firm, implementing and managing projects across a variety of industries. Her experience in solution management and implementation spans the entire project life cycle, including requirements definition, design and architecture, development and configuration, testing, training, documentation and support.

Hayes holds a B.A. from the University of Iowa.
