Verizon Wireless and USA Technologies Inc. announced in April a collaborative effort to accelerate the adoption of wireless small-ticket cashless payment capability and "machine-to-machine" applications through USAT's ePort Connect service. USAT solutions will now include the Verizon Wireless network for connectivity that enables cashless payments at vending machines, using credit and debit cards.
