Will Discuss Outlook for 2010 and nPhase Philosophy of Thoughtful Innovation at CES

MEDIA ALERT LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Steve Pazol, President of nPhase, a Qualcomm and Verizon Wireless joint venture, is attending CES to provide updates on the state of nPhase, an outlook for M2M in 2010 and discuss the nPhase approach of thoughtful innovation.

nPhase is presenting its offerings in the Verizon Wireless LTE Innovation Center at CES. The invitation-only showcase is specifically designed to highlight and inspire the businesses benefit of leveraging the ability to wirelessly network anything through both Verizon Wireless' 3G and future 4G LTE offerings.

In July 2009, Qualcomm and Verizon Wireless announced the formation of a 50/50 joint venture focused on delivering advanced M2M services. This was followed by an announcement in August that the JV would be called nPhase. nPhase is one of the original M2M pioneer companies, with leadership intact under the direction of founder and CEO Steve Pazol.
